Is there a free trial?
Yes – with a promo key from our campaigns you can test the full feature set for free: no payment method required, the trial ends automatically and never turns into a paid plan by itself. One key per account.
How do I cancel?
Cancel through the Stripe customer portal under Account & plan. Access continues until the end of the paid year. Existing contracts keep their agreed billing period.
When does my annual subscription start?
Your twelve-month term starts when you subscribe, independently of the calendar year. The annual price is paid in advance. Actual data coverage and seasonal availability still apply.
How do alerts reach me?
By email and Web-Push, with SMS depending on rollout stage – and always in the app inbox as well. You choose the channels for each notification rule yourself.
Who is HailSignal for?
For businesses – especially paintless dent repair (PDR) companies. HailSignal is a B2B service and is not aimed at consumers.
Does HailSignal replace official weather warnings?
No. Our alerts are probability statements based on remote sensing and verified evidence – a business decision aid, not a substitute for official warnings. That is why every alert honestly shows its confidence level and the data behind it.
